I Pitty the Fools!

| May 15, 2007

A new Stats Canada study suggests one-third of Canadians are workaholics, and that they are dissatisfied with the imbalance between their work and home life.

The report also suggests these workaholics have a lower level of satisfaction with their overall life than non-workaholics, and a different perception of time. Most of them mentioned they worried about not spending enough time with their family and loves ones. Also their general state of health is poor or fair and they have trouble sleeping. I wonder why?! :-)

What’s funny (not ha ha) is that the study found these workaholics have the same amount of job satisfaction, compared to those who work less, with no difference in financial satisfaction, meaning no more dough dude!
