Winter BBQ!

BBQ’ing is a lifestyle of easy meals, casual entertainment, and simple clean-up. With our BBQ we can free ourselves from the kitchen and enjoy the great outdoors… But it’s winter, you may say. Well, winter is a great time for BBQ’ing. Don’t let the cold stop you from having fun. Fresh air and the flavour of BBQ’d food may be just what you need to cure the winter blahs. Oh, and take my word, be organized. Get everything ready in the kitchen before you go out to the backyard. Bundle up, and don’t lift the lid of the grill any more than necessary.

And if you’re still not convinced, look on the bright side, winter BBQ’ing offers more than food with BBQ flavor — it frees up the oven for that warm apple pie that you may later enjoy with a couple of big scoops of ice-cream!

    I luv to BBQ in the winter and have optimized my routine to minimize time standing outside. The only unfortunate xtra work that’s involved is to keep the deck area around the BBQ clear of snow.
