I’m also a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board, Real Estate Council of Ontario, Canadian Real Estate Association, Ontario Real Estate Association, and one of the founders of ICRP/PICRA, a Real Estate society in Toronto.

I think differently
I use lasers to measure your rooms’ dimensions and create fresh new floor plans of your home. While others may simply copy old measurements from old listings, I measure on the spot to ensure your listing is as accurate as possible. Some hold Open Houses for a couple hours. I keep the door open until late and invite everyone in the neighborhood, in my personal database, and other agents looking for similar homes.
