Waiting

| Apr 6, 2007

Happy Good Friday. What better way to start the long week-end than to write.

Many times in our lives our gut tells us to wait. Waiting can be harder than moving forward, and it sure takes more discipline. You have to control your instincts and emotions and keep yourself in check, which isn’t easy. But when the terms aren’t right, it’s best to stand strong, don’t give up, and wait things out.

I am a big believer in momentum, but at certain times, you must slow down the pace. Being methodical isn’t necessarily being complacent — it’s part of a technique. If you don’t reduce the speed, your run the risk of spinning out of control and going off course.

Good things will happen in due time. So let it be written, so let it be done.
