Value of Your Work

Picasso was a brilliant artist and a fabulous businessman. He knew the value of his work. Once a visitor to his studio stood in front of a painting and asked, “What does it represent?” “Two hundred thousand dollars,” Picasso replied.

Yeap, the moral of the story is to perform your work on the highest level and not to be afraid to ask to be paid what you’re worth.

Now, do you also perform at your highest if you are getting paid well, but not receiving the recognition you deserve? Uhm…
