When people don’t think for themselves, problems occur. In fact, the lowest points in history occurred when people stopped thinking for themselves and followed the wrong individuals. That’s when all hell broke loose!
I really don’t understand managers who can’t think, and even worse, can’t make a decision by themselves. Not everything needs to be run by a committee. For God’s sake, make up your mind man or move out of the way.
