Never presume that your way is the only way, whether related to work or ethics. One needs to be tolerant of diverse opinions, practices, and views around them, and respect them. Diversity is very important in the workplace. We need to be grateful for the diversity in our lives and for the benefits of being exposed to so many different backgrounds and beliefs.
There’s lots that can be learnt from diversity. So, take the time to understand other viewpoints — how and why people feel and act as they do.
