Masi Campofiorin

| Feb 3, 2006

Masi Campofiorin - Gorgani.comI’ve just had the pleasure of treatingA myself toA one of Italy’s most profound wines — Masi CampofiorinA displays ripe, complex aromas and flavours of dark cherries, plums, licorice, tar, vanilla and nutmeg. It has a velvety core, with aA rich finish of earthy notes.

This really is a Valpolicella with partially dried grapes that has rich cherry fruit with notes of tobacco and brown spice whcihA works well with any number of foods, from simple antipasti to roast pork to veal.

The color of the wine is ruby red; it is dryA wine; medium-to full-bodied with a lively aftertaster.

Enjoy, and share!
