Making a U-turn!
At times, we must be obstinate and tough or the business we do (or business predators) will eat us alive in one bite. However, we must also know when to change and be flexible. Sticking to fixed patterns will limit us and our future. Everything changes and virtually nothing goes according to plan. So when changes occure, as they will, we must adapt, change, and even make U-turns. I am ready for my U-turn, are you?
