Island of Love!!

| Aug 23, 1998

At the north-eastern end of the Mediterranean lies Cyprus, which isA that area’s third largest island. Legend has itA Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty, was born in Cyprus hence the name “Island of Love”.

As the most easterly Mediterranean isle, Cyprus is planted east of the Greek Islands with Turkey to the north and Egypt to its south. It is about 3,600 square miles and you can easily drive from one end to another and enjoy its rich history, exotic cuisine, unspoiled wilderness and experience the gentle and generous hospitality of the Cypriots.

Cyprus is famous for its mild winters, hot summers and ofcourse its clear sky. Great places to visit are ayia Napa where mostly singles go, and for families and couples Protaras, Larnaca, Limassol and Paphos are better places.

Cyprus cannot be explained in a log, it must be experienced. I hope you go there one day, I am sure you will love it!
