Earth Hour

| Mar 26, 2010

Over 125 countries will take part in Earth Hour. Earth Hour is a global initiative created by the WWF in which participants turn off their lights in support of taking action against climate change.  This year, Earth Hour will take place from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 27, 2010.

To participate  turn off your nonessential lights and electrical equipment, without compromising safety and/or security, between 8:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

We know that a single hour, once a year is not enough. But also we know that there is no greater, global call to action available at the flick of a switch.  Earth hour is worth it. I will participate, will you?
