It’s amazing how often corporate big guns make the same basic mistake, over and over again. We all love inventive ideas, fabulous events, and beautiful things, but when it comes to business, the glittersA are just means to an end — events and promotions are not ends. What about advertising, and what about commitment to your product? Legacy already? Legacy my foot!
