Breathe?
I always find it interesting when I hearA people tell meA thatA my wine must sit for a few minutes before I can enjoy it!
IMO, opening a bottle of wine and leaving it to breathe does nothing to enhance the taste of the wine. But still, there are those who maintain that the wine does get better with aeration. Dude, if that’s your pleasure, then let is breathe!
But I say: open the bottle, pour it in a nice glass, andA enjoy the wine!
