Boss Checked-out!

| Mar 30, 2007

If you have a lousy boss, even the best job is not enjoyable. Your relationship with your boss plays a big role in your overall professional happiness. You will most probably lose the battle of “remove-the-boss”, and waiting for your boss to change may keep you waiting for a very long time. If you are working for someone who is checked-out, it’s time to look for a better supervisor and a better opportunity.

Also, if your ideas aren’t taken seriously; there are no opportunities for your career advancement; the boss relationship isn’t working; co-workers alienate you; — again; or you’re excluded from key projects and strategizing sessions… then why are you still giving this organization your time, energy and ideas?
