Stomach ache

Here are some natural ways to remedy an occasional stomach ache:

  • Think tea! Chamomile or peppermint tea with a bit of honey does wonders
  • Eat slices of a warm apple, sprinkle with a little sugar and ground ginger if possible
  • Drink lime sherbet or lemon-lime soda
  • Drink constant sips of lukewarm water
  • If you can, try a teaspoon of vinegar juice
  • Drink a flat cola, or ginger-ale soda
  • Mint extract does wonders too

To avoid stomach-aches, drink water and lots of it. Avoid processed foods, and eat a balanced diet with plenty of dark green leafy vegetables. Stay active — balance is key, and get enough rest.
