First and foremost, I love real estate and am passionate about it. Buying and selling real estate is typically a big decision, one of the largest financial investments in most people’s lives, and I am privileged and honored each time a client puts their trust in me to coach and assist them through this process.
OK, now a few words about me — I’m a real estate broker, a techie, a cook, dad, coach, and giver of smiles to many. At the age of forty something, I’m also a twenty plus year fan of Pink Floyd, Santana, and Dariush. I live north of Toronto in the beautiful town of Richmond Hill where I am quite active in my community.
I’m also a family man, and respect family values. I work-out (almost) every day, jog, play tennis, and have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. My martial-arts training has taught me respect and discipline. I have learned to maintain a healthy lifestyle and believe that my work-outs help to sharpen my mind, body, and spirit.

I apply over 20 years of marketing and business experience to assist my clients with their real estate needs. I’m actively committed to continuing education via seminars, workshops, trade shows, and formal courses. I have authored 3 books and over 50 journal articles. I am also a featured writer for the Real Estate Magazine. I have a popular blog, and utilize the latest technology and Social Media tools. My education and training arms me to further assist you with your real estate needs.
Communication
Communication and availability are important to me as it is my passion to help bring buyers and sellers together. Once you list your property with me, I won’t disappear, and once you purchase a property with me, I will always be there for you after closing.
