To swirl or not to
I never used to swirl my wine, Coganc yes, but wine no. Then one day I learned from a friend Sommelier that swirling allows oxygen to get into the wine….etc etc ….and yield the bouquet of the wine. In other words, swirling aerates the wine and given you a better smell. Now I swirl everything [...]
