About Me
Hello, and welcome to my site. I’m a full-time Real Estate broker, a techie, a cook, a dad, a coach, and giver of smiles to many :-). At the age of forty something…[wink], I’m also a twenty plus year fan of Pink Floyd, Santana, and Dariush. I live north of Toronto in the beautiful town of Richmond Hill.
I’m a family man, and respect family values. I work-out (almost) every day, jog, play tennis, and have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. My training has taught me respect and discipline. I have learned to maintain a healthy lifestyle and believe that my work-outs help to sharpen my mind, body, and spirit.
My favorite quote that I live by every day is “Be the change you want to see in the world.”
How am I Different
People have different opinions on how their agent should represent them, but honesty and integrity should go without saying. I am a firm believer in exceeding expectations and enhancing your quality of life. Real estate is very much about relationships, and I will take the time to truly understand the wants and needs of my clients, so that I can partner with them to achieve their goals.
Training and Education
I apply over 20 years of marketing and business experience to assist my clients with their real estate needs. I’m actively committed to continuing education via seminars, workshops, trade shows, and formal courses. I have authored 3 books and over 100 journal articles. I am a featured writer for the Real Estate Magazine, and an honorary editor for Sys-con Publications. I am often a featured speaker on marketing, social media, and technology topics for various professional organizations in the GTA. I have a popular blog, and utilize the latest technology and Social Media tools. My education and training arms me to further assist you with your real estate needs.
Communication
Communication and availability are important to me as it is my passion to help bring buyers and sellers together. Once you list your property with me, I won’t disappear, and once you purchase a property with me, I will always be there for you after closing.
